Lead Pressure Wash Technician

Waco Hydro Wash is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Lead Pressure Wash Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to client locations throughout McLennan County to pressure wash fleet vehicles, homes, and commercial properties to the highest standards. Your ability to efficiently operate and maintain our wash truck, while delivering exceptional cleaning results, is crucial to our success.
A Day in the Life:
- Drive and operate a wash truck to customer locations.
- Perform on-site pressure washing of semi-trucks, construction equipment, and other vehicles, as well as commercial and residential properties.
- Utilize pressure washers and soft washers to remove dirt, grime, and stains effectively and safely.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions to address various cleaning challenges.
- Employ brushes, sponges, and other tools to achieve a thorough clean.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, wash unit, and rig.
- Responsible for fueling, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the wash truck.
- Perform regular maintenance on the wash machine equipment.
- Ensure adequate supplies and chemicals are stocked on the truck for the next day's work.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Is capable of maintaining excellent attendance and arriving on time for each scheduled shift.
- Is capable of working in hot and cold outdoor weather conditions.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Has no criminal record.
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent (or is working towards it).
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Takes pride in a job well done and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is a team player with a willingness to learn.
- Has a strong work ethic and can handle physical tasks.
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Can work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional overnights or overtime.
We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay for the first 90 days, with potential for raises and commission based on performance reviews.
- Day shift position with weekdays and weekends required (Thursdays and Fridays typically off). Overnight work is available occasionally if desired.

Power Wash Technician

Waco Hydro Wash is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Pressure Wash Technician to keep our clients' vehicles looking their best. You'll be responsible for efficiently cleaning the exteriors of trucks, construction equipment, and other vehicles using top-notch pressure washing techniques.
A Day in the Life:
- Travel to customer locations throughout McLennan County to perform on-site washes.
- Operate pressure washers and soft washers to remove dirt, grime, and stains safely and effectively.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions to tackle various cleaning challenges.
- Occasionally utilize brushes, sponges, and other tools to ensure a thorough clean, reaching even the toughest spots.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, wash unit and rig.
- Assist with keeping the fleet washing rig and shop in top shape.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent (or is working towards it).
- Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
