Residential & Commercial Customer Guarantee
Waco Hydro Wash is committed to your satisfaction with our services. We strive to deliver a high-quality wash every time, using professional techniques and experienced technicians. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our work, we offer a re-wash guarantee we refer to as our "Shine On" Promise.
Terms:
- Time Frame: If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact Waco Hydro Wash within 14 days of the original service date.
- Scope of Re-wash: The re-wash will address the specific areas of concern you raise within the scope of the original service. Additional services not included in the original service may require an additional fee.
- Scheduling: We will work with you to schedule a convenient time for the re-wash, subject to technician availability. We aim to schedule re-washes within 7 business days of your initial request.
- Exclusions: The "Shine On" Promise does not apply to:
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as peeling paint, loose siding, or damaged surfaces.
- Weather-related issues beyond our control, such as heavy rain or wind immediately following the service.
- Areas inaccessible due to safety concerns or obstructions.
- Normal wear and tear not caused by the washing process.
- Limited Liability: Waco Hydro Wash's liability under the "Shine On" Promise is limited to the re-performance of the service. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the "Shine On" Promise will be resolved through good faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, such disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Fleet Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand the importance of your fleet's professional image. That's why we offer the "Shine On" Promise, ensuring your satisfaction with our fleet washing services. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll re-wash your fleet at no additional cost.
Terms:
- Time Frame: Notify us of any concerns within 48 hours (2 business days) of the wash date. This allows us to address issues promptly while evidence is fresh.
- Scope of Re-wash: The re-wash will focus on rectifying the specific areas of concern you raise, within the scope of the original service. Additional services may require an additional fee.
- Scheduling: We prioritize fleet re-washes and aim to schedule them within 48 hours of your notification, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.
- Exclusions: The "Shine On" Promise does not apply to:
- Damage pre-existing the wash, like peeling paint, rust, or mechanical issues.
- Weather-related issues beyond our control, such as heavy rain or strong winds immediately following the service.
- Damage caused by items within the vehicles (ex: open windows, loose cargo).
- Normal wear and tear not caused by the washing process.
- Limited Liability: Our liability under the "Shine On" Promise is limited to the re-wash of your fleet. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
